By integrating with or accessing 6MM services, partners agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Nature of the Service
6MM provides:
Embedded perpetual trading infrastructure
Order matching, margin calculation, and liquidation systems
API, SDK, and embedded access interfaces
6MM does not operate as a consumer-facing exchange and does not establish a direct contractual relationship with end users.
Eligibility and Access
Access to 6MM is limited to:
Approved platforms, agents, and ecosystem partners
Authorized technical integrations
End users access trading functionality exclusively through partner platforms.
Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for:
User onboarding and identity management
Asset custody, deposits, withdrawals, and balance management
User-facing disclosures, risk warnings, and compliance obligations
Ensuring lawful use of the integrated trading features
6MM does not control or manage end-user accounts.
Risk Disclosure
Perpetual contract trading involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss.
Partners must ensure that:
Users are informed of trading risks
Appropriate risk controls are implemented
Trading access is suitable for their user base
6MM is not responsible for individual trading outcomes.
System Availability
6MM strives to maintain high system availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:
Maintenance or upgrades
Market volatility or system protection mechanisms
External dependencies or force majeure events
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
6MM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Liability is limited to infrastructure service provision
Trading losses remain the responsibility of users and partners
Intellectual Property
All system architecture, software, and documentation provided by 6MM remain the intellectual property of 6MM unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Modifications to Terms
6MM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed.
Material changes will be communicated to partners through appropriate channels.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws as agreed between 6MM and its partners.
Jurisdiction and dispute resolution mechanisms are defined in partner agreements.
