Compliance Overview
Review how compliance support, licensing context, and partner responsibilities fit into 6MM integrations.
6MM provides technology infrastructure and compliance-oriented support for authorized partners. Compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction and business model, so each launch should be reviewed against the partner’s own obligations.
What this section covers
Important boundary
6MM documentation helps partners prepare technical and operational controls. It does not replace legal advice, jurisdiction-specific compliance review, or the partner’s own regulatory obligations.
Information to prepare
Before a compliance or launch review, document:
- Target countries or regions and the user types that will receive access.
- Product scope, including embedded trading, white-label delivery, liquidity, wallet, custody, or brokerage features.
- The entity responsible for user onboarding, identity checks, disclosures, custody, support, and incident communication.
- Data flows among partner frontend, partner backend, 6MM APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and operational systems.
- Credential storage, access control, audit logging, monitoring, and escalation owners.
Recommended review path
- Use the partner responsibility matrix to assign ownership.
- Review license support against the target operating model.
- Confirm the security architecture and API/Webhook controls.
- Complete the production launch checklist.
Legal and compliance conclusions must be approved by qualified advisors and the responsible partner entity. These pages describe integration preparation and responsibility boundaries, not a legal opinion or a guarantee that a particular license is available.
