This page defines the scope, applicable scenarios, and basic rules for using 6MM Embedded Exchange Design & Visual Assets.

These materials are exclusively provided to partners who integrate 6MM Perpetual Contract trading capabilities via SDK / API, and are not intended for public marketing or direct end-user promotional use.

1. Eligible Users

These materials are intended for partners integrating 6MM through the following methods:

  • Applications or platforms integrating trading capabilities via 6MM SDK

  • Partners embedding trading pages via API + WebView / H5

  • Embedded trading entry scenarios within:

    • Games

    • Utility applications

    • Community platforms

    • Financial or trading-related products

  • Public-facing marketing or promotional campaigns

  • Media publications or press releases

  • Independent trading applications or registration-based exchanges

2. Purpose of Use

The primary purposes of these design and visual assets include:

  • Guiding users from partner products into the embedded trading interface

  • Providing a consistent and recognizable visual entry for trading functions

  • Reducing UI design and integration costs for partners

All materials are used solely for functional entry points and interface guidance and do not constitute trading advice, investment recommendations, or profit guarantees.

3. Scope and Usage Methods

Partners may use the materials in the following locations:

  • Trading entry buttons on App homepages or functional sections

  • Loading or splash screens for embedded trading pages

  • Auxiliary illustrations within trading-related functional modules

When using the materials, partners must:

  • Not alter the core visual structure of the assets

  • Avoid misleading users regarding service ownership or trading responsibility

  • Not use the assets for products or functions unrelated to 6MM

4. Branded and White-Label Assets

6MM provides two categories of assets:

1. Branded Assets

  • Include 6MM logos or brand elements

  • Suitable for scenarios where the trading capability source should be explicitly disclosed

2. White-Label Assets

  • Do not include 6MM brand names or logos

  • Suitable for partners aiming to maintain their own brand consistency

Partners must select and use the appropriate asset type in accordance with the commercial and integration agreement between both parties.

5. Prohibited Use

Under no circumstances may partners:

  • Use the assets for false, misleading, or deceptive representations

  • Imply guarantees of returns, profits, or specific trading outcomes by 6MM

  • Use the assets for unauthorized third-party products or platforms

  • Distort, disassemble, or improperly modify the assets

6. Responsibility & Disclaimer

  • The assets serve only as interface and entry-level visual aids

  • All trading behavior, user relationships, and regulatory compliance responsibilities rest with the partner

  • 6MM reserves the final right of interpretation regarding asset usage

7. Updates & Maintenance

  • Assets may be updated in line with SDK or product capability upgrades

  • Partners are advised to regularly review the documentation and use the latest asset versions

  • For questions regarding asset usage, please contact 6MM official business or technical support channels
