Price Sources and Result Evidence
All three prediction games use the platform’s perpetual-contract mark price for their price basis. A last trade, an external exchange quote, or a browser chart can differ from that mark price.
Evidence by game
Why a screenshot may differ
A display can be delayed, rounded, sampled at a different interval, or show another price type. Compare the symbol, price source, timestamp, and precision before concluding that a result is wrong.
For grid orders, the final price alone cannot prove whether an earlier touch occurred. The valid-window price evidence matters, including a crossing between observed prices under the game’s rule.
Time and boundaries
Use the timestamps stored with the order. A device clock or countdown is an aid for display, not the authority for accepting a late order or changing its window. Boundary inclusion and price precision must match the applicable product rules.
When data is abnormal
Keep the order number and the affected time window, then check the order’s processing status. Do not substitute another exchange’s price to settle a disputed order yourself. See Refunds and Exceptions.
