Prediction Result Evaluation and Settlement

Result evaluation determines whether the accepted condition was met. Settlement records the final financial treatment. A scheduled result evaluation or expiry time is not necessarily the timestamp when every related transaction has completed.

Evaluation by game

Equal prices for directional games and exact price/time boundaries must follow the applicable rule. A grid hit does not by itself establish that funds are immediately available; check settlement processing.

Settlement evidence

Retain the order number, recorded terms, price evidence, final status, actual payout, settlement time, and transaction number. For Up/Down, the round record also contains result information and aggregate stake/return totals.

Reconcile the result

1. Confirm that the record belongs to the expected order and account.
2. Compare the result against the correct price and time conditions.
3. Compare the actual payout with the recorded odds and applicable fee/rounding rules.
4. Match the settlement transaction to the funding account movement.

Delays and exceptions

A delayed result should not be treated as a loss. A result displayed before a balance update should not trigger a duplicate request. Check the order and transaction status, then contact support with the evidence if they remain inconsistent.
