Prediction Trading Workflow | 6MM Prediction

Prediction follows a common order-and-funds journey, with different timing rules for each game.

Order lifecycle

Stage	What to check
Selection and quote	Game, symbol, amount, odds, and price/time conditions
Acceptance	Order number, recorded conditions, and successful acceptance
Funds reserved	The order’s reservation in the funding account
Awaiting result	Round result evaluation, independent expiry, or the grid’s valid window
Result processing	Authoritative price evidence and the order’s applicable rules
Settlement	Final status, actual payout, and settlement transaction
Reconciliation	Order history matches account movements

Timing by game

Up/Down: orders belong to a scheduled round. Betting closes before the result is processed.
Custom: each order has its own opening price and expiry. Another user’s order can have different timing.
Grid: the selected cell has a valid start and end time. A touch outside that window does not qualify.

If processing is interrupted

Do not infer a final result from a disconnected page or a delayed balance refresh. Reopen the order record, check its current status, and reconcile the associated transaction. If price evidence or settlement processing is abnormal, follow Refunds and Exceptions.

Keep a traceable record

For support, retain the order number, game, symbol, order time, displayed status, and settlement transaction number if present. A round number helps identify Up/Down orders; a grid screenshot alone does not identify a stored order.
