Prediction Frequently Asked Questions
Do all games use rounds?
No. Up/Down uses scheduled rounds. Custom orders have independent durations and expiry times. Each Grid order refers to its own cell and valid window.
Must the price finish inside my grid cell?
No. A qualifying touch or crossing during the cell’s valid window is the condition. A touch after the window does not count. See Prediction Grid.
Does a moving grid change my accepted order?
No. Its accepted price interval, valid time window, and odds remain recorded even when the live grid recenters or refreshes.
Is the displayed return all profit?
No. A winning total payout includes the stake component. At 1.85x, a 100 USDT winning stake returns 185 USDT before separate fees: 85 USDT is gross net profit. See Payouts and PnL.
Why is my available balance lower than my funding balance?
Pending prediction orders can reserve funds. Do not add that reservation again when computing total assets. See Accounts and Balances.
Why is a high-odds cell unavailable?
The grid rule makes a cell unavailable when its calculated odds exceed the configured maximum. Product switches, limits, timing, and account restrictions can also prevent an order.
Does a 97% target return guarantee I receive 97% back?
No. It is a model parameter, not an individual payout or guaranteed long-term outcome. See Odds Mechanisms.
What if the result is delayed or my request times out?
Check the original order and transactions before submitting again. For missing price evidence or a dispute, retain the order’s conditions and contact support. See Refunds and Exceptions.
Are prediction stakes included in perpetual trading turnover?
They are separate metrics. Prediction reporting distinguishes valid stake, payout, user PnL, refunds, and voids; it should not combine these amounts with perpetual or spot turnover.
Can I use the perpetual API order examples for prediction?
Do not assume those endpoints accept prediction orders. Confirm the prediction interfaces and entry methods enabled for your integration through Partner Support.
